The room was neat and cheap with a decent shower, a massive bed, for instance. The staff members were all cooperative and superfriendly.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with plenty of good coffee bars and interesting restaurants close by. It provides a quieter environment as opposed to the party scene in the center of town, but still offers easy access to the central area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. it is a great choice for solo female travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
The beds may be a bit firm compared to other Thai hotels.

The hotel was in a very central location in patong. What's more, it was just off Jungceylon, the beach, and nearby street food markets and bars.

I recently stayed at Platinum Hotel in Phuket for 3 years and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, cheap, and conveniently located near the night market and Patong beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered motorbike rentals. The rooftop pool was well-maintained and there was plenty to see and do in the area. Housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and supplied everything we needed, making it a true paradise for our extended stay.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was fairly new and modern, so it was clean and everything worked! The kettle hadn't been used (though you have to buy your own drink,) and it had a hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms were cleaned whenever we wanted, and it was nice to have a balcony. The bed was comfortable too for a cheap hotel. It was a fairly quiet area, although they were building a 7 Eleven next door while staying there in Feb 2011, but work didn't start till 9am, and 11am on Sunday. The place had a lobby area where drinks could be bought and you could play pool. It was nice to have a place to meet up with friends before we went out.
The staff were generally friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything. (The staff don't tell you much when you first check in,so you are constantly asking them questions.)However, this trust was abused, when on our last day, we were told our friend (who checked out the day before) did not pay for the minibus to the airport. As we couldn't get hold of our friend to confirm this, we decided to believe the receptionist so paid 300 baht. We found out later that he had paid it to the driver, so we are not sure whether the driver lied, or the hotel staff just used the opportunity to screw us. If you do book a taxi through the hotel, make sure you get a receipt if you pay upfront to the hotel to show the driver, as there doesn't seem to be a system of communication between the driver and hotel. Better still, just get a meter cab outside when you need to get anywhere. I'm sure we paid over the odds at 450 baht for 3 people. On another note, the hotel doesn't have a fully functioning restaurant. They only serve a basic breakfast (which is expensive by Thai prices, and uses the cheapest of ingredients.) You're better off hiring a bike and finding somewhere, as there isn't really a decent restaurant nearby. That's what we did, as Patong beach is still about 15 mins walk away. We recommend Laem Seng beach about 20 mins on a bike if you fancy a quieter beach and no screaming kids!

My room was cheap with the lower value, fresh towels plus big bathroom, it accommodated me perfectly. Location: the hotel was near to a quiet area and the busiest beaches. The stay was FINE and I would happily return.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - it was in a quiet area of Patong, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the air conditioning and balcony, which offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels, and I particularly enjoyed having breakfast included in my stay.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.
